We should talk to God our Father to give us peace over whatever is troubling each of us.

Philippians 4:6-7

⁶   Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
⁷   And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

We are to be anxious or worried over nothing. There is no time in life where we should be worried. God is in control of everything. Our job is to take before the Father all of our cares and request of him what we need him to do for us. Please remember that during this request you can only ask of God if you:

#1 belong to HIM
#2 if we believe in HIM
#3 and ask things that are according to HIS will.

At the time of your request God’s peace then begins to work. In scripture the word peace, in the Greek language is called “Eirene” (pronounced [I-rah-nay]). It is numbered 1515 in your concordance. It is what brings oneness with God Almighty.  It far surpasses all of our understanding. There is no way to explain something that brings a calm in the midst of a storm. Nevertheless, it exists. What it does that is so important is that it keeps or guards our hearts and mind through Christ Jesus. All of this is made possible by what Christ did at Calvary. He died and rose with all the power of heaven and earth in his hands.  Matthew 28:18 - And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Now you know one reason why you should talk to The God of Heaven.
